The Title I director coordinates all Title I activities, maintains the budget, and closely monitors the total program to insure that all federal and state guidelines are being met.

Sally Collins, reading teacher
The Title I reading teacher works directly with kindergarten and first-grade students. Teachers in these grades identify those students needing extra help and work with the Title I teacher to plan instruction in their areas of weakness.

Pat Jones, reading specialist
Graham County created the position of Reading Specialist during the 2005-2006 school year. The position is intended to strengthen and support the teaching of reading. The reading specialist works with teachers and acts as a resource for reading instruction.
